All tungsten rings can be returned for a refund within 30 days after receiving it.
Please following the steps below if you’d like a refund.
1. Please contact us if you’ve had an issue with an order. You can call us or email us at intellirings@gmail.com.
2. Mail your ring to: 700 E ash Ln, Euless, Texas 76039.
3. Include in your package your name, order number and reason for return.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges
If you have ordered a ring which you which to change, you may do so with your life time warranty.
